NDIS Support Worker Induction Pack. Purpose: orient new support workers to person centred, rights based NDIS support. Checklist: confirm role and emergency contacts, review participant rights and consent, review NDIS Code of Conduct, confirm medication manual handling transport and behaviour support boundaries, explain shift note handover and incident documentation requirements. First shift focus: read the support plan, ask before assisting, record objective observations, and seek supervisor guidance when a task is outside training.
